How can you help me?
We’re the Joomla support experts and our team solves hundreds of problems every day. Once you sign up, you can submit your first ticket right away. You have the ability to submit 1 ticket at a time. Once the ticket is completed, you will be notified and you can submit your next ticket right away. If you have a Joomla issue and you are not sure if we can help, please call us or contact us.
Will you support more than one site?
Yes. Our monthly Joomla management plans are for each website. You are welcome to sign up twice if you have two sites. For more than 2, contact us for a bulk package.
This sounds too good to be true… how can you provide up to 25 hours of support for monthly clients at such a low cost?
We’re fair and we’ve found our monthly Joomla Maintenance clients are as well. Over the past 5 years we have created business systems that allow us to work more efficiently which allowed us to bring down the cost. We also all work from home.
How long does a task take to complete?
Our goal on every ticket is to complete tasks within 48 hours. It just depends on what needs to be completed. For example, 3 landing pages will take longer than adding content or images. If you request a task over the weekend, we will take care of it first thing on Monday.
I’m thinking about signing up… when will you solve my problem?
The Anabolic Technology team will start working on solving your problem 24 hours from when you sign up. Once you make your first payment, you can submit your first ticket.
Does the size of my job matter?
The size of the ticket does not mater. Note, larger tickets will take a little longer.
Do you do one off jobs? Or is it monthly plans only?
We only have monthly Joomla Support plans, but even if you only need a few revisions, it is still cheaper than paying hourly for a freelancer or design firm and you can do more fun things to your website throughout the month.
Are there limits to the tasks Anabolic Technology will do?
There is NO limit to the number of tasks you can submit at once. We can handle any website design tasks or product management tasks you have.
I need a new site – can you help me?
Yes, we have multiple packages for the design and development of new custom Joomla websites for all company sizes. Please contact us to receive more information or see our pricing page.
Do I have to commit to a contract on the monthly plans?
No. Our monthly Joomla Management service is billed using a auto bill recurring monthly subscription. There are no contracts to sign, setup fees or cancellation fees. Our customers retain us every month because we’re the #1 provider of Joomla support. If you want to cancel, you must provide a 2 business day notice before the 1st of the month.
Can you help if my site has been hacked?
Yes, this is rare, but if it occurs we will always clean the websites of the monthly customers we serve .
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Yes. If you’re not 100% satisfied with our Joomla maintenance service in the first 30 days, we will refund your subscription.
I have a web agency and I want to use your service for my clients and white label your service. Can you do this?
Yes, we work with quite a few agencies. We will also white label our service to you if you reach a certain threshold of clients. Please contact us to receive more information.
