We’re the Joomla support experts and our team solves hundreds of problems every day. Once you sign up, you can submit your first ticket right away. You have the ability to submit 1 ticket at a time. Once the ticket is completed, you will be notified and you can submit your next ticket right away. If you have a Joomla issue and you are not sure if we can help, please call us or contact us.
Will you support more than one site?
Yes. Our monthly Joomla management plans are for each website. You are welcome to sign up twice if you have two sites. For more than 2, contact us for a bulk package.
This sounds too good to be true… how can you provide up to 25 hours of support for monthly clients at such a low cost?
We’re fair and we’ve found our monthly Joomla Maintenance clients are as well. Over the past 5 years we have created business systems that allow us to work more efficiently which allowed us to bring down the cost. We also all work from home.
How long does a task take to complete?
Our goal on every ticket is to complete tasks within 48 hours. It just depends on what needs to be completed. For example, 3 landing pages will take longer than adding content or images. If you request a task over the weekend, we will take care of it first thing on Monday.
I’m thinking about signing up… when will you solve my problem?
The Anabolic Technology team will start working on solving your problem 24 hours from when you sign up. Once you make your first payment, you can submit your first ticket.
Does the size of my job matter?
The size of the ticket does not mater. Note, larger tickets will take a little longer.
Do you do one off jobs? Or is it monthly plans only?
We only have monthly Joomla Support plans, but even if you only need a few revisions, it is still cheaper than paying hourly for a freelancer or design firm and you can do more fun things to your website throughout the month.
